“I was buying cookies and wanted the banana pudding cookie specifically when I started talking to Arlene. When I say she was genuinely nice and started to tell me her favorites so I can choose from it was like I known her forever because we were talking about other things as well. Her energy was so endearing and very welcoming. I did not realize she was the owner and I must say the other cookies she recommended were a big hit among me and my friends!! You can tell she makes the cookies with so much love. I just love how she loves what she does!!”
