She has a great eye for what will look good and really works with you to understand your style and taste to help you find the perfect blinds or shades. The store has an amazing selection; we wanted operable shades for an arch window and they were the only company locally that was able to provide that for us. This is how I originally found the store, but have continued to use the store for all my blinds/shades needs due to their excellent selection and great customer service. Lissa is not pushy at all and will totally work with you until you are completely satisfied. Beyond that, she is just such a nice woman and a pleasure to work with. Joe, the man who works with her to install the blinds/shades, is also so kind and wonderful. My wedding gown had literally been butchered. I had one week to find someone that could make me feel like a bride in my dress again. Susan, even though she was already spread thin with work, rearranged her schedule to help me. She repaired my dress, and it needed a lot of repairing. She literally went above and beyond to make sure I could wear my bridal gown. She is definitely an expert.
