Kate was so friendly from the second we walked in the store, showing us different options of materials and curtain tracks, and helping decide what would work best for our budget and needs. We changed our minds several times before finally deciding on a final product and she was so patient throughout the process, providing different quotes each time. The timing from delivery to installation was also super quick, and the installer came and put the tracks up very efficiently and with no issues. We are doing various renovations in our apartment and the customer service from The Shade Store has surpassed the rest of the vendors and companies we've been working with by a mile, from start to finish.
