Dan was the first to respond and came over the next day to check out our kitchen situation that needed all new piping, a sink install, and some gas pipe fixing. Not only did he give me a quote and deliver on the quote without trying to up-charge, he went out of his way to make sure that everything was set and easy for upcoming appliance installation so that I wouldn't have any trouble on that end.
