“I was in the store yesterday afternoon and I cannot say enough good about this place of business. I came to write a review about my excellent experience and came across the below one star rating about how the woman helping the customer acted as if she couldn't be bothered and didn't want to help, I was in a fitting room and heard this whole thing.. none of this was the case. The owner was simply stating store policy and the customer didn't want to hear it. I say this because I come here often, the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable for any item needed, this is the only place I will go for dance wear!”

“From oil changes, tires, exhaust, engine service, alignments, etc... the list goes on and on, there is no other place in Salem to take your vehicle for service than Fays Salem Tire and Auto. Do not let the name fool you, Fay's Salem Tire is a full auto service mechanic. I have been going to Armando and Sean for years. I have brought my classic cars for service and there is no better service provider than these men. Honest as the day is long. Quality Service. Honest prices. CHEAPER THAN JIFFY LUBE!!!!! come on. My last oil change at Jiffy Lube was over $100 dollars (with the BS excuse that my vehicle is European and needs special oil.) Same type of service, using European oil, was almost $25 dollars cheaper and if something goes wrong, you are dealing directly with the owner who will make it right, not some corporate name tag that will give you the run around. Fay's is the only place.”
