“It was outstanding. My son's car had a windshield wiper transmission failure at the start of a 13 hour drive to visit us over the holidays. We got an appointment right away, which was great. The net cost was zero because it was something GMC had a recall on, and they washed and vacuumed the car on top of that. Mike, our service person was very friendly and helpful. As an overall experience, we're calling it the Christmas miracle. You guys are great! Thank you.”

“This is a great hotel. I arrived at nearly 10pm and a nice Maintenance worker helped me get past the keypad and into the Lobby as he saw my hands were full. Had an issue with the first room I was assigned, but the Front Desk staff immediately addressed the issue by giving me another room and sending the same, super nice Maintenance worker up to check out the room I'd left. Was great to see this proactive approach to addressing issues and correcting them. Had a great one-night stay and would stay here again!!”

“Room was very clean, had a full kitchen and fireplace, separate living area. Nice buildings and very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of amenities! Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. It is not disclosed that for rooms with fireplaces you need to buy duraflame logs. They are available at the front desk, just not something you expect.”

“A very nice tidy place a bit off the beaten track. Worth the effort. Clean well stocked and very very comfortable. Nice staff with an adequate breakfast enough variety for most palates. It advertises truck parking but be warned, there is no turn around area at all and absolutely no room for a tractor trailer or larger than 26' box truck with room fir maybe two trucks. Other than THAT..any 4 wheeler will find perfect spots and a good night sleep.”

Includes swimming and boating in Lake Naticook (the local lake), archery, nature, farm, arts and crafts, and a rope challenge course. Specialty camps such as farm, survivor, archery, forts, and many more are offered for select ages during select weeks of the summer. The camp runs from mid-June to the first week of September each year!”

“Very happy with this hotel. The employees working at this establishment where very cheerful and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the convenience of having a full kitchen area made for a pleasant stay. The location,in regards to Merrimack outlets and various other shopping plazas, was convenient to say the least.in regards to the breakfast the coffee was terrific and the grab-and-go breakfast was perfect when heading out to do activities. My husband and I will definitely be visiting again in the very near future.”

The fitness center was one of the largest I've seen for a 3 star hotel. The bar and restaurant are a must to visit if you choose this hotel. “After reading some of these reviews I would like to point out a few things! I have stayed here for a few years and the staff is NOT disrespectful or aggressive! They are very helpful people and are very respectful. Cops are not here everyday like everyone has said. The place is pretty clean. Any complaints or issues I had were dealt with right away. It seems that all these negative reviews are from people that were asked to leave or not renewed to. It’s a place of business and if you caused any kind of issue/issues they are allowed to refuse service. Don’t always believe what you read on the internet people. Go and check things out yourself!”

“Very clean rooms, Comfortable beds. But, the "shining star" of this hotel, the staff! During my recent stay, I had a sudden medical emergency. I called the front desk, asked for a Dr. They called EMS which took me to the local hospital which determined I was going to be there for a few days. I was able to call the hotel the next day, informed them of my situation, they bagged up my belongings, they made sure to keep an eye on my vehicle (a motorcycle) till I got back. Just so friendly/caring AND helpful”
