Randy got our pellet stove to us super fast (while everyone else was MONTHS out) and Ricky had a hell of a time because of a tough install at our place. Even with that difficulty, they were nothing but nice. Randy accidentally under quoted the install by $268 AND WOULDNT EVEN LET ME PAY FOR THE OVERAGE!! HE ATE THE $268 and refused to let me cover it. Unheard of these days. Incredibly knowledgeable and great to deal with, look nowhere else for your needs. “website reservation was smooth process. i would encourage anyone at Flume Bikes who takes a phone call to reserve a bike to really emphasize that the website is easy and it will really work. i am tech challenged, and was nervous when i could not reserve with a human on the phone. but it really did work out. tech greeted me with excellent sunny disposition. check in was easy. bike was awesome! cheers, cw”
