“I have always used other pharmacies for my prescriptions and their service doesn't even come close to the staff at Vons. They are quick and always nice and very professional! I will never use another pharmacy as long as I need medication! Plus, the costs are lower for the medications I need. So, you can wait in line for ridiculous amounts of time at other pharmacies to get sloppy, unprofessional service OR you can go to VONS. It's your choice..”

“I have been to this McDonald's a few times.. yeah I know, not the healthiest but I always have a nice interaction. I watched staff and management be cursed at and belittled for taking too long when come to find out they had 7 call outs. The staff that was present was running from front to back non stop and I waited a while but I never saw them slow down once. I couldn't believe the pressure they were under. Then hearing the way they were treated by customers was appalling. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I can only imagine having customers treat you so poorly and not realize how hard you are really working. The employees present that night were doing the job of at least triple the people but don't get paid 3 times as much. They are always pleasant and I appreciate that. I waited for 1 minute and the girl at the window checked in 3 times apologizing for the wait. Definitely some great workers at this location. Thank you”

“My son was recently diagnosed with influenza B and suffers from feveral seizures. Unfortunately The Generic Tamiflu was on back order. Thankfully, Jolene & Christine were able to find an RX coupon the could help me afford the medicine my son needed. He was in soo much pain, burning up with a fever and I didn't have time to look for another location for the medicine. With my insurance Tamiflu would have cost me $200+, when they told me they were able to bring the price down significantly do to the coupon, I literally broke down in tears of Joy because Lord knows, I really didn't have that kind of money to spare. The Pharmacy Staff at this particular Location Truely Care about their patients/costumers, and everytime I go there I'm treated like their extended family. They are extremely kind and polite and are ALWAYS trying to help others. I never complain about the long lines or the long wait because I know they are doing ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to make sure EVERY Customer gets the BEST service possible and their undivided Attention! Special Thank you to Trish, Gabby, Jolene, Christine and Dat. You really exceeded my expectations this weekend and practically saved my son from so much pain n misery, I will be forever greatful to you all. Keep up the Great work! ❤”
