“I remember the tenderloins here going back 20 plus years - absolutely legendary - anytime I'm in Holden, I can't pass through without stopping at Strate's - my best friend and I used to find drive-ins and diners wherever we could all over Western Missouri, and we spent a lot of time at Strate's. One great draw besides the tenderloins was that we could always get shake or malt flavors that weren't available elsewhere. I hope drive-in's like Strate's are always part of Americana - they are part of the fabric of the community, and help make a hometown a hometown. Going to Strate's always brings back great memories of food, fun, and friends. Thank God for Strate's!”
