“Had a minor encounter today when I was there with my daughter,that I wanted the owner to be aware of. Googled the number and called. The owner answered immediately (even on a Saturday) I explained my situation to him, and he was very understanding 😊 As far as the actual business, it was very clean, and the washers worked well. Didn't try the dryers, bc I still have a working dryer at home (thank goodness!) Overall a positive experience 😊 Will definitely continue going there until I can get my washer fixed!”

“This place is a blessing to have in House Springs. The washers are big and work fast the dryers work well too, it’s great to go in and do my laundry. And if I’m feeling overwhelmed (I am a full time worker and college student) and have little time to wash my own clothes there is a great cleaning service where they wash, fold and dry my clothes for a good price. The owner is amazing and sweet. First day I came in she saw I was new and gave me a tour of the place.”

I am telling you these guys made our 10 yr old bthrm floors look new, we were going to replace they were so bad. JCSM is professional but also casual and easy to get along with. She walked us through the process and was an excellent guide during our home chaos. The young men who came out and cleaned up from the water damage were all excellent. Kiev and Cory were the first on the scene. Kiev explained the process and then he and Cory went to work. The next crew members, led by Cameron, were also terrific. Cameron was so helpful and calming. What an outstanding communicator! As I mentioned, every crew member was fantastic. Thanks to Cameron, Cory, Kiev, Ashton, Vinnie, Lauren, and Bobbie back at the main office.
