“Brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and oil change, and was surprised at the variety of options they had for customer convenience, including offering what I overheard someone mention was one of their last two loaner vehicles so I could go back to work, even though it was same day service. Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and helpful (service advisor Dean was the only person introduced by name, but there were several others I spoke with about various things), and I'd happily utilize them in the future. This place is not very well managed. 7-5-2024: Obviously, this place has changed owners. It is now a great place to get gas and they even have BBQ from a smoker outside. “I live about 30 min away. The reason i choose tom and marksman is #1 the price. Tom is $20 per transfer and $15 for each after if you pickup multiple guns from him. This works out great because i often buy multiple lowers or frames and it comes out much cheaper. 2nd tom always answers his phone and always is at the shop to accept your transfer. He is very reliable. Cant say that about other shops or ffl transferers.”

I specifically choose this auction house when buying, so I was disappointed to drive all the way there to read a paper taped to the door that says I can’t pickup until 10. Google hours says 9. Edit: I see that now on my invoice. Also, we have never scheduled a pickup, I thought we just show up during pickup hours, which I assumed were during normal hours. “So I was originally just calling around to nearby places for pricing On a wheel alignment. MD had one of the lowest prices online but what I've learned is There's usually more to that low low price ( The majority of the other places I called would tell me oh that price that we advertise is just a starting price- you said your car actually has four wheels. The advertised price is our three wheel car price so there will be an upcharge for this and that.. Not exactly but you get it😉) When I called in and spoke with Tyler He made it very clear that that The low price I saw advertise was indeed the price, no bogus UPCHARGES. So I just decided I was done calling around and was hoping I could get in within a couple of days or so. Tyler Informed me if I brought my car in ASAP he could most likely get it finished that very day! So of course ASAP for me ended up being 2-3 hours later. So when I finally got to the shop, I wasn't surprised or disappointed with them telling me that it would most likely be tomorrow before they could complete the job. After dropping my car off I got a phone call maybe two hours later telling me my car was ready to be picked up! I was thrilled! Steve helped me when I came to pick it up and he was friendly And explained everything fully. There was no change to the price that I was originally quoted (shocker!!🙃) One of the techs even came out to help me with a TPMS issue in the parking lot before they sent me off! I would highly recommend these guys. After a lot of searching I think I found my new mechanic.”
