“It's a nice little garden inside Hyde Park in Midtown Kansas City. Flowers are really beautiful and they are arranged in a concentric fashion. There are not many butterflies though.”

“I interviewed Chuck years ago for a school project I was doing. He was very gracious with his time. Chuck was very knowledgeable and courteous. The negative Google review I read for Chuck was clearly more of an issue with the reviewer, and not with Chuck.”

“I have had many rentals in my past. I can honestly say that I absolutely love Mac. I can only speak for my building, but the two maintenance situations I have had have been delivered with promptly. One I put in on Saturday night and Sunday right after lunch they came and fixed it. And you can't beat the location! I'm a man 15 mom drive from anything in KC. My experience has been amazing so far.”

“The Newbern is a good building to live in. Good location and the apartments themselves are well kept. I would give 5 stars except that the elevator breaks down frequently and the laundry room is not clean. However, requests for maintenance are super fast and the staffed package delivery room is a nice perk.”

“I love this park I love the new Labyrinth they put in very tranquil but I heard that this summer they're going to take the Labyrinth away and put in some type of Chiefs symbol... which I think is a big mistake... I will not be going to that Park as much if they take the Labyrinth away... which I think is the best part of that Park... why ruin a good thing????”

“I love this space so much. My nonprofit, The Kansas City Chamber Choir, hosted a winter concert here in 2019 and everyone loved how beautiful this quaint chapel was. The acoustics are lovely and the finishings are just breathtaking. We had an absolute blast singing ecclesiastical pieces in this space. Would definitely rent again for the same and other purposes. I even have considered getting married here. The charm is unparalleled and the staff are so wonderful and easy to work with.”

“Hyde Park is a fantastic park in Kansas City! Though its playground equipment is somewhat underwhelming, It is a huge park that offers a well kept lawn for kids and dogs to play on. It really shines as a place to go to jogging or to walk a dog since it has a very long, well paved path (crossing several streets) to travel, with interesting views of the pilgrims garden, fountains, etc. It is also best for any kind of lawn activity like playing catch, croquet, cornhole, etc. There are plenty of beautiful shade trees and the lawn is well mowed at all times, with trash cans available. It's a great picnic spot for this reason in the summertime. On the north end (which I am most familiar with), there are free outdoor movies shown some Fridays through the summer and some other seasonal events. In the winter (when it snows), families go sledding on the giant hillsides near the north tennis court. On the same leg, but a little further south, you can walk the butterfly/pilgrims garden (great for meditation), and some kids playground equipment and swings. There are no bathrooms, though there are plenty of trash receptacles. Sometimes there are doggie poop bags in the dispensers, but often not, so please bring your own. There is also a water fountain near the pilgrims garden, but I haven't seen it operational often. Definitely one of my favorite parks, for both the convenience and the variety of things to do/see!”

“I had used Arrow Fabricare before and always had a great experience. We recently spilled coffee on a sheepskin rug that was used during our wedding ceremony. Another dry cleaner sent us to Arrow Fabricare. It would’ve been a little pricey to do the whole rug and we didn’t want to pay nearly what it cost to purchase to get it cleaned. Jim cleaned it for us with some water and soap free of charge (he just said to give money to the needy at the next opportunity). He also gave us advice on how to care for it over the next several days. Everybody was very friendly while we were there. Will definitely go back here. Thank you Jim and Arrow Fabricare Services for saving this sentimental item!”
