“My family and I were traveling home from Kansas City and decided to stop by McDonald's for lunch. It was 12 pm and during lunch rush. We were greeted and provided prompt and friendly service. We decided to dine in and were given a number. We found our seat and shortly thereafter given our food by a very friendly employee. Wasn't expecting such a positive experience but the service was great and the food was fresh and tasty.”

“Came with the family on the way home from KC. Eva our waitress was a delight! Our food took a while to come out but it was Sunday afternoon. Everything was great- my daughter got a tasty steak, my boys had burgers, hot wings, and ribs. Everyone was happy but me. My food was one bite terrible. I gave it to our waitress and the manager, Matt, came out immediately and made it right! He apologized, comped my meal, and made another! This right here is how customer service should be! “The only gas station in Clinton that has 93 octane gas. This is awesome news especially since i like putting 93 octane in my automobiles. The gas station itself if nice on the inside and the staff is friendly. They also offer fried chicken and chicken on a stick which is fairly enjoyable for gas station food. They also have a good variety of cold drinks and snacks.”

They need to reduce the price of their salad bar for those who order something else because it makes a salad too pricey. The bread sticks are terrific. “This is a small Casey's in a small town, but this is a new one. Some of the other reviewers have said this location is old, but, since then, a new Casey's was built in 2017. It's also built, so when you roll into town, you can drive right into the parking lot and everyone else in town must yield to you. I find that a powerful position. Most of the time I stop, I stop for a slice of ????pizza and a bathroom break for myself or the kids as we travel back to Kansas City from Branson. This Casey's has a smaller, one-person bathroom, so a line can develop. However, once you get in, the bathroom is nice and clean, and the water is always hot, so it's hard for me to complain about any wait. I stopped the other day to clean my windshield and was astonished the cleaning solution bucket was full of soapy water. The squeegee was sturdy and new, so with the combination of fresh, hot soapy water and a capable squeegee, I was able to get my windshield super clean. Slow clap , Casey's! Well done detail I was not expecting! There's a odd dude who works here that I always seem to run into. He's odd, because every time I see him, like every time I visit, I say, "Hello, how are you?" He always pauses then looks back at me with a empty stare, and says, "will that be all?" Never has he addressed my greeting. That won't keep me from trying. If you are coming back from the Lake of the Ozarks, Springfield, or Branson, I highly recommend stopping at this Casey's because it's so easy to get in and out of, it's brand new, clean, and well-managed.”
