“Up Yoga has been a great experience for me. Though I've been doing yoga off and on for years, I consider myself a bit of a novice. I picked Up Yoga because it was near my house in South Minneapolis and was a little concerned I wouldn't like the heated yoga. It's been wonderful. The staff are all incredibly friendly, the space is relaxing and the range of classes and the times they are offered are really accommodating for me. I select my class due to when I'm able to make it so if I end up at a more advanced one I feel comfortable scaling back. The community is nice and it's been a great experience for me.”

Different variations of poses are offered to cater to people in all of the different stages of their yoga journey. Don’t expect to lift weights or have pop music playing in the background throughout class as you might have experienced at other studios. Big River Yoga offers classes that are true to the art of yoga by focusing not only on the movement, breath and poses but by also incorporating the mental and spiritual aspects of the practice in an easily digestible manner. This is undoubtedly my favorite studio that I have ever attended.”

“We members at Any Time Fitness Elgin, Texas are overall delighted. For us Brian is a fairly new manager since we've been through a few. We're so glad to have a manager we can count on. He's here on a dependable schedule, takes calls, returns the ones he misses and also replies promptly and dependably to emails. On location, he is eager to help any and all and makes everyone welcome. We think of him as more than staff: he is a neighbor, a mentor and a friend. Another great thing about Anytime Fitness Elgin, is Roseanne. She does a great job straightening, cleaning up and maintaining supplies. We have absolutely no complaints about either the manager or housekeeping. Most of us have been to more than one gym in our lives, and we know how good we can have it here.”

“I have always been drawn to Liz's calm energy and intuition and her work with my 3 year old Tibetan Terrier has been incredible and who she is as a practitioner and human. My sweet, deaf dog suffers from feels of loss at times as she moves from her people Dad to me, her people mom every week and often Brie's behavior comes out in an intense attachment. Liz has not only found Brie's sensitive spots but has also taught me useful tools to connect with Brie, to calm her and to let her know she is in a safe home. I strongly suggest everyone care for their animals with energy and healing work from Liz.”
