(July 25, 2022, 3:56 pm)We bought our Q7 here a few years back and we brought it back for telecom network upgrade, oil change, and general inspection. Jaxon was my primary service lead. He did a great job making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, from checking me in, to helping me get help for a loaner, etc. He even gave me a call regarding general vehicle conditions while I was away. I came back to pick up the car in 3-4 hours. Everything was done and the car was detailed. Overall, a very nice experience!
