Cheue at parts dept is a extremely knowledgeable guy. No nonsense and straight forward. "I want to buy this" he'll intervene and make sure to ask questions whether I actually need to purchase the part, not just grab whatever I'm inquiring about. Displaying a great range of knowledge of toyota vehicles. I hope this dealership is paying him enough. He has care and diligence for what he's assigned to do. Can't train that.

Great pandemic-friendly service! Scheduled an oil change and they came and picked up my vehicle, took it in for service, and brought it back about 3 hours later. Pickup and drop off were super smooth and contactless. The employee wore a mask and sanitized everything. Super easy, will definitely use their services again!
