“Carbone’s is one of my favorite restaurants. This location is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The waitstaff is efficient and just polite enough and most of the people that eat here look like James Hetfield from Metallica, which is awesome. You never know what you’ll get from a Carbone’s as far as food goes, but luckily, this location is delicious. I love me some Boneyard thin crust, boy. Mmmm mmm. The only bad thing to say about this Carbone’s is that they were playing high school hockey on every single television when there also happened to be a Timberwolves game on. Really? All the James Hetfields just want to watch children skate around in circles instead of witnessing chiseled, pro athletes competing at the highest level? That’s whack, Jack. Luckily, the food and the overall experience outweigh the poor television choices. Pro tip: before going here, try dressing like other members of Metallica just to see what happens.”

“Great spot! First visit was Friday night... standing room; taking names. Well worth the hour wait with friends, if you have time. We arrived at 7 and grabbed a beverage at the bar. (Saturday, June 25th - early evening) Haley answered and said she would be happy to take my order over the phone. She was so pleasant and cheerful! Went to pick up my pizza, Haley peeked out from around the corner and said she would be right out with my pizza. She was, and with a big smile on her face! Pizza was nice and hot, and yummy!! “So fast! The food was very good. They had a very large selection. I loved the larger selection for the kids menu. My son enjoyed his first chimichanga. I tried enchiladas Marisa. “This is our favorite sushi place!!! Everything we've had has been so great, and we're quite picky about sushi. Appetizers, soups, salad, sides - all great. Some of their smaller rolls are just outstanding. They have the best california roll I've ever had, and you can get many of their rolls with soy paper instead of seaweed (which is my preference so I really appreciate that option!)”

“i was house sitting for my daughter who lives in Apple Valley and ordered a pizza from here (I lived in Apple Valley twenty years ago and used to order pizzas all the time) I have to say everyone from the young lady answering the phone, to the cook and delivery driver all were wonderful. I have been to so called great Italian restaurants. Does not compare. Yes, it is tight and a little wait. If you don’t like that experience. But the food is awesome no other place in The Twin Cities even compares. My wife had Spaghetti Bologna’s I could of just smelled that. I had the seafood fettuccine. I would not order delivery from this location for 2 reasons: -Our driver was smoking cigarettes in his car and our entire bag of food smelt like cigarettes. -Our food did not have the add-ons requested in our order. The receipt was correct, but the food was not. Maybe, going in to order your food will help eliminate these issues, but I would refrain from delivery.”
