“Love living here. My husband and I moved here from Arizona and it is wonderful. The apartment building is only around three years old, so everything is in good condition and looks beautiful. We love our apartment and it's lakeview balcony. With the lake just steps away from the apartment building, we really like the quick access to the outdoor activities that we can do. The property is perfect for anyone with a dog, since there is so many trails nearby to walk. The amenities are great. There are two patios overlooking the lake on the property. One of which is on the rooftop with a grill and enough furniture to entertain a small party, while the other has two grills and two fire pits to stay warm on those cooler nights. One of my most favorite of the amenities is the coffee and hot chocolate bar that is available for use anytime, stocked with anything you could possibly need to make a great cup of coffee 😀. There is also a beautiful downstairs entertainment room that is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, tv, granite countertop island, furniture, and guest restrooms, which can be scheduled to use for parties and events. The location is great too, with restaurants, a super Target and a Cub foods just across the street from the property. The staff here are friendly, personable, and very responsive with whatever you need. Sheila, Dani, and Kevin all make Jonathon Flats a wonderful place to live. It would not be the same without them.”

“Chaska Place is not just an apartment to live in, it’s a home and a community! The staff is present and supportive! The building is clean and maintained. The pool and hot tub are maintained perfectly, and a great place to meet other residents. We have hosted events in the Community Room, and we are so proud of our home! The Caribou Coffee in the hydration room is a great benefit, and I have met other residents for coffee. The apartment suites are beautiful for visiting family or friends. I work from home, and I love the option of working from other places in the building for variety. Chaska Place is an amazing place to live!”

“I just moved in, and so far it’s great! My washer wasn’t working, nor was my garage opener, but they fixed it right away! I moved in on a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday for the fixes, but they weren’t very important. The manager is very nice and the few people I’ve seen in the hallways have all greeted me. It’s a very quiet building so far, which I love. I feel very safe here. They were very slow to respond to emails pre-lease signing, so it did take about a month to finally get in and get paperwork signed. But the current manager is new and learning, and the area manager is short staffed so I won’t hold it against them. So far so good.”
