Carver Crossing

I just moved in, and so far it’s great! My washer wasn’t working, nor was my garage opener, but they fixed it right away! I moved in on a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday for the fixes, but they weren’t very important. The manager is very nice and the few people I’ve seen in the hallways have all greeted me. It’s a very quiet building so far, which I love. I feel very safe here. They were very slow to respond to emails pre-lease signing, so it did take about a month to finally get in and get paperwork signed. But the current manager is new and learning, and the area manager is short staffed so I won’t hold it against them. So far so good.

I’ve been living here for over 2yrs. I absolutely love it here. Beautiful clean building. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here with staff and management. Any requests are done in a very timely manner. Everyone here is friendly. I look forward to many more years here.

I have been living about 4 years it is amazing community to live and raise family. And the management it is been great and the right on top of it the maintenance needs apartment. Overall it is great place to live!
