“The location on Hwy. 65 was easily accessible. Despite Hwy. 65 being a busy road, I heard little road noise unless a large semi truck went past. The room was absolutely spotless, and the linens and towels were snow white and soft. The shower was very clean, and the water temp and pressure were good. There were both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room (as well as a small coffee maker), so I was able to easily bring along and prepare my own beverages and breakfast. The tv worked well, and the wifi connection was quick and simple. Also, there were windows on both the front and back walls of the room. I opened them in the morning and got a lovely cross breeze. (And also a nice view of a beautiful vegetable garden.) The curtains were heavy and hung past the edges of the window frame. So even though the parking lot is brightly lit, the curtains kept the room dark enough that the light didn't disturb my sleep.”

“It's a nice low key place. 4 rooms, I got the lower floor that came with TV antenna and fireplace that works. The place is good. Price around 120-180 depend on rooms. Higher than hotels but for 4 rooms and a wonderful morning breakfast it's worth it. And less people too!”

“As a single mother this place has been wonderful. The rent is very reasonable and you get your own space. It’s dog friendly and leases are month to month so if you want to move you’re welcome to do so without being stuck in a long lease. Management has always been quick to respond to any issues and more than willing to help. Only negatives are the massive speed bumps and unsupervised children in the area…which makes sense as to why the speed bumps are so high. We keep to ourselves and haven’t had any issues.”

I have viewed homes in other parks and they were straight out slums. I have visited about 5 other parks.. This park is so different than the others. I really hope a home becomes available that has a larger amount of space.”
