This place seems to always be pretty busy & to see Carla (front desk) work as hard as she does around Woodspring from front desk, too housekeeping, & even laundry as well as well as a host of many other hats all while still managing to wear that amazing smile, greeting guests, & adressing their concerns & needs (never saw anything like it at a hotel) i really hope that her hard work doesn't goes unnoticed so im putting it here for the world to see based on my personal experience as a guest

Joan Jones' professionalism is beyond description. Every time I have an appointment, she is thorough, very attentive, very personable. very intuitive, and is extremely generous with her time.
