I have recently began coming out of my shell and went up there for a buddy's birthday and had a couple drinks by the patio fire which was warm and nice and have been up there a couple other times and it's always been a fantastic and reasonably priced place to enjoy the company of friends. I feel safe there during covid because of the cleanliness and the attention to detail that the staff and management take for this place.”

“Wow peace of mind PRICELESS, Called yesterday new Hot water tank today. Water heater went out Christmas Eve so we boiled water on the stove for baths. Reminded my husband of his visits to Kentucky as a child. But, not enough that he wanted to do it for weeks. Came out within the time frame that they gave me and were done when they said they would be done, quoted me a fair price and stuck to that within $20. I would 110% recommend ABCO to anyone living in a manufactured home. You get what you pay for Quality Care and Customer Service. Not very many owners say " If you have any issues call my cell phone.
