“I took advantage of the Groupon on Synthetic Blend Oil. I was feeling leery because first I'm a woman and car shops are notorious for trying to take advantage of us. Then two, I read some of the poor reviews. It was after I bought the Groupon so I went on to the shop. The guys truly took their time explaining the process. They showed me the dip stick before and after. They also topped off all of my fluids. Offered me a punch card. The manager even let me know that if I need additional top offs it's free of charge. He said I can come in anytime. They even helped me reset my oil indicator light. What a wonderful first time experience! I will definitely be back again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I want to say my experience was great !!! My insurance selected this company to tow my vehicle after the first company had me waiting for two hours. I called my insurance company back and they got Mel’s Auto to tow my truck . I next received a call from tow truck driver Chris who was very professional and told me he would be there in 17 minutes. He arrived as stated and got me to the tire shop fast. Once we got to the shop and my truck was released off of the tow truck . I open my truck door to pull in the tire shop and my driver door fell off . Tow truck driver Chris jumps into action with assisting me to reattach my door and then explains to me what I need to do to fix the problem. I want to make this clear everyone that maybe reading this . This was not Mel’s Auto Or Chris faults it’s a 97 Chevy obs very old truck. I recently went back in for a consultation regarding a jaw issue that may have required a bite splint. Going back as an adult I was struck by how honest and professional he was, along with his entire staff. After a bad experience with another orthodontist, it was a very welcome change. I took my car to the dealership for rattling noise and I was told that it would cost $169 to just get a diagnostic test. I declined that proposal and I took my car to this Belle Tire. They found out that the noise was coming from a loose heat shield and tightened it up. That’s it! Nothing to do with tires but they fixed it without any charges. Thank you, Scott!
