I shopped around HARD for an orthotics office for my teen daughter’s scoliosis brace. Kim the scheduler was empathetic, understanding and organized. Ernie saw my daughter on his admin time (thank you!!!!). He spent time getting to know her as a person and made her and I feel so comfortable (and even hopeful!) with a process that is inherently scary. While we are still early in the process and we haven’t received her brace yet, so far I have been very impressed and super thankful to have stumbled upon this practice and Ernie.”

“I was referred here to see Dr Warra regarding my severe Restless Leg. It was so bad I rarely, if ever, got sleep (for years and years). Dr Warra is thorough, kind, listens and so smart. He doesn’t give up. And then found out I also had back issues that required PT. I am seen in office by their Physical Therapist, Billy. Billy too is amazing! He is extremely thorough and does a very detailed plan, multi faceted approach. He spends quality time with you, as a patient, listens and has a very detailed one on one approach. I’ve been in other “PT systems” and never had such effective, exceptional care like this. And what a difference it has made. And it makes me motivated to do the at home exercises because I’m motivated to help preserve the good that happens with my in office PT sessions. Very happy, strongly recommend.”

Foam ear plugs are not enough and it's my fault for not asking for something else like adding a headset. Better signage is also needed. The west entrance opens to a long blank hallway. I took a chance and just walked hoping to see something. Several blank doors later I did. With a bad foot I was concerned.”
