(July 23, 2022, 9:38 am)Staff was great and I was seen at my appointment time. Took away 1 star because they need better hearing protection. Foam ear plugs are not enough and it's my fault for not asking for something else like adding a headset. Better signage is also needed. The west entrance opens to a long blank hallway. I took a chance and just walked hoping to see something. Several blank doors later I did. With a bad foot I was concerned.

(November 7, 2018, 7:38 pm)My appointment was inadvertently cancelled by my insurance company. Even though it was not their fault, Premier worked to get me in the next day. Was in and out for my appointment in about 45 minutes. Cannot day thanks enough to these guys—greatly appreciate their prompt and courteous service.
