Great place to workout! All the trainers are awesome. They do a great job of pushing everyone to their limits while simultaneously creating a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Highly recommended!

I have taken several classes now with different instructors - this is my first time taking any sort of fitness class and I must say I am absolutely hooked. First, just to be clear, I punch like a noodle, so it's not that I am great at boxing. But I love this place for a few reasons: 1) The workouts are intense, challenging, but not impossible. You are pushed and supported but you can also work at your own pace. 2) The instructors all seem to have some personal connection to the sport and if you read their bios, many have conquered adversity in their own lives to share their love of the sport - and genuinely seem to want to help their clients improve. 3) They are not pushy with the sales process; it's good vibes all around with a lot of positivity. Even though you work up a sweat, the overall feeling is one of achievement and even feeling pretty relaxed afterwards. Honestly, the world would be a better place if more people took out their stress on a literal punching bag versus, say, on each other online.

Been a member since 2014 and im just now coming back to resume my membership! just wish the hours here were more flexible, in my opinion you guys close too early. i work 7:30-6 so getting off work and coming to the gym would be convenient if you guys didn’t close at 8 because i work far. But other then that i love title keep up the good work!
