WB fit body is a friendly and fun place to workout. The coaches are super nice, personable, supportive and encouraging. All the members are really nice too. It’s like one great big family. The environment is very welcoming. The 30 minute workout sounds easy but it is very intense and every day is different. WB fit body is a great way to relieve stress, tone, lose weight, gain strength and muscles, but mostly importantly it’s a great way to do something special for you. It’s so important to make some time just for you and this is a great way to do it!!!

Great workout sessions everyday. They do not repeat exercises so you don’t get bored and your muscles don’t get used to doing same exercise everyday. Been working out here since a few weeks and I love it. Absolutely amazing coaches who makes sure you are doing the exercise in correct way so you don’t injure yourself. Kudos to all the coaches! Overall very nice and friendly atmosphere.
