“I like a good looking dispensary that has variety. The visuals are impressive and the selections are vast. Professional CS. Walks with you and takes your order while you worry about shopping. It's like having your own personal cannabis assistant the moment you walk in. I hate being rushed and some dispensaries will make you feel the customer needs to hurry up. I get it, they're busy, but if the customer stays longer they will buy more. Nirvana has seemed to figure that marketing strategy out with attentive associates that literally act like they are there for the customer. I had a favorite Michigan dispensary but Nirvana Monroe has knocked them off their pedestal. Maybe my favorite dispensary nationwide. Oh! I didn't even mention the deals.. I got a deal so good, I hurried out the store just in case they under charged me. I will definitely be back. Soon.”
