“Scott Motz is the epitome of excellent customer service. He's a down-to-earth, honest person that despite a ridiculously busy schedule managed to come out to our office and troubleshoot our non-operating Vanderbilt Bright Blue security system. He made a phone call after a couple failed attempts to fix and just when he was ready to make another phone call, he tried something else that had our system up and running again! And rather than just packing up and leaving, he fixed the door that had been slamming for 2+ years now just cause it bothered him ;-)”

“We contracted Creative to reface our 1980's Kitchen cabinets back in September 2021. The job entailed laminate material for a new modern look, new crown molding, new doors, and hardware (hinges and handles). Jake Meister was our Sales Associate. He was very easy to work with, professional, and responsive. He even met with us after hours since we work during the day. Admittedly, we were skeptical of doing a refacing as opposed to installing all new cabinets but also wanted to reduce the total cost of the job and not damage newly installed granite counter tops. Jake was very patient and thorough in describing the process, its benefits, and ultimate quality. Due to COVID, labor was not available to begin the work until March of 2022 which was frustrating but understandable. Josh Eckerle was the tradesman that did the entire remodeling / refacing job single handedly. He was professional, efficient, clean, and skilled beyond our expectations. The cabinets look like they are all new as opposed to only having the exterior refaced and doors replaced. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen or bathroom cabinets in the future.”

“I purchased a Dr Wellness X-10 spa. The hot tub we purchased is just as described. I do wish I would have done a little more research on what time of insulation would be used to build it. We are in Michigan and the manufacturer is in TN, I believe they built it for TN weather, and I should have went with a manufacturer that used more, and better quality insulation. We will have to remove the cabinet with the next drain and insulate it ourselves as it is costing an astronomical amount to run it in the winter months. The insulation used is simply a reflective foam sheet on the inside of the cabinet. The hoses are just bare and there is no other insulation. Be prepared for some delivery challenges as well. With no dealer middleman things got pretty confused. I had a hot tub delivered by the delivery company they work with one late fall afternoon in a snow storm with no chemicals and no cover. You can imagine my anxiety over having my new tub fill with snow and water as temps dropped. Took a few days, but the man I worked with in sales ended up bringing the cover. All in all I can’t give it a terrible review. I enjoy the tub immensely and it works just as it is supposed to.”

“I’m asthmatic with terrible allergies and knew the old carpets in my house were a contributing factor. I called the carpet guys and started looking into installing hardwood or laminate. Not something I was thrilled about doing because I hate walking on cold floors. I mentioned it during my in home estimate when I was politely asked to wait a moment while he ran back to his vehicle. He came back with TONS of carpet samples that were allergen friendly! I didn’t know nearly or completely allergen free carpets even existed?! Happy that I could keep my beloved carpets, I started picking away at all the samples. I had a slew of questions and difficulty deciding which carpet I wanted to go with. The salesman was very patient with me and explained everything in great detail. He smiled, answered all my questions and I even went with one of his recommendations. I say this only because I have a very small house and was not a high paying customer. Service you’d expect from someone that was spending a large sum of money with. It’s nice to know there are still good businesses out there. The kind that appreciate each and every customer, from every walk of life.”
