“My sons and I stopped in for much after an amazing time at Axis Golf down the road. We ordered a cowboy burger, which is beef patty, barbecue sauce, onion rings, bacon and cheddar cheese. I had the olive burger with bacon, both burgers came with pretzel buns and chips. My other son had the buffalo wings which were horrible, they were cooked all the way but obviously microwaved, my son ate the first one and said they are ok then the second one didn't taste so great. We told the waitress and she had it taken off, she was very friendly and attentive, she was the only waitress running the room and she was doing a great job.”

“I grew up in napoleon, this place was built after I left... I just recently moved back to napoleon In Jan of 2023 and have stopped here 3 times so far. This place is amazing. My kids always order personal bbq chicken pizzas they love them and the prices are amazing. I have had pizza, chicken quisadillas, and some of the subs. They're always consistent and delicious! Prices are fair considering there are not vary many other restaurants with in 10 miles+! The staff is always upbeat and fantastic additudes always smiling which made the experience that much better! The only negative thing I can say is the hours are a bit weird they definitely need to open earlier I'd say around 1030am and stay open a little later 9-10pm and also should open on Sunday!”

“Before my visit here, I hadn't been to a Big Boy since the late '80's. This visit really took me back to when I went to Big Boy with my grandparents as a teenager. 😊 I came here this time with a dear friend of mine that I hadn't seen since 1987. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was nice and clean, and the food was amazing! I got the Mushroom Swiss Scrambler, and my friend got The Works. They didn't get her order totally right the first time, but we sent it back, and they fixed it! Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. I would gladly come back here! And I highly recommend it! 😊”

“I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve came to this store and I’ve been coming for at least 2 years but I find it to be sad that people have consistently complain just trying to get free food or making false claims for instance there’s a review saying the manager Dylan needs to be fired for telling people falsified information I was at the store when this incident occurred and the individual who made the review had came in and started harassing Dylan and the other employees then got mad when Dylan said he needed to leave because he was harassing them also everyone who has marked one star and or said they had the worst service just saying I’ve found pubic hair in my food at other restaurants which is a lot worse than just having greasy food so people need to keep that in mind when they say they’ve had the worst experience because there is alway worse”

“I've always loved going to portage lake for some nice getaway and camping. Patty's has always been a landmark in the Waterloo area and is a must when I'm in the area. Their pizza is honestly really good. Made fresh and to your liking. Prob the best pizza in the area. You won't be disappointed. The place has nearly everything you'll need and is a must if in the area.”

“We were part of the DJ Trivia semi-finals at this location and it was a bit tight, seating wise. They were packed so the food & drink service took quite some time, BUT the food was VERY tasty when we did get our order. They put everybody's tab at the table on one bill you have to ask you what you had to break it out at the end of the night; which took some time. We plan on going back on a non tournament night and enjoying what they have to offer and we will update this review”
