“Updating this review since it deserves so much better than a 2 day review. I never smoked again, it's been 153 days. I only know how many days because I have an app. I often forget I ever smoked. I don't crave it and people have smoked in the car around me and I've not even thought about it. Any thought that does occur (too few to count) go away with my pocket tool. Thank you Jeff! Jeff is absolutely amazing!! I noticed an instant reduction in my stress and anxiety, better sleep and then with my second session, boom, after 30 years, I fully quit. I haven't had a cigarette since Saturday (it's Tuesday) and it's been absolutely painless. Thank you so much for everything!
