“The bandwidth was excellent & audio was clear. I wasn’t booted out & maintained my presence. While online isn’t the same, I really appreciate that the majority of the participants are dealing with similar issues & are in my stage of life. The in-person program was helpful, but it was hard to stay present because I had to travel 40 min each way & the topics were so overwhelming & I had little time to process the materials/info. Also, the in-person program consisted of older teens & young adults (ages 18 to 24). While they were very quirky & had some similar interests (like cats, reading, fantasy), they are in a different stage of life that is hard to relate to. The in-person program’s participants needs & coping skills were more akin to former clients & patients of mine in the past. I’m well aware of the method because of my training, but it doesn’t translate into action. My case manager recommended the virtual program because of the approach is different & participants are approximately middle age which means the focus is different (whereas the in-person were dealing w/young adult transitions: going to college, moving out of their parent’s home). “Updating this review since it deserves so much better than a 2 day review. I never smoked again, it's been 153 days. I only know how many days because I have an app. I often forget I ever smoked. I don't crave it and people have smoked in the car around me and I've not even thought about it. Any thought that does occur (too few to count) go away with my pocket tool. Thank you Jeff! Jeff is absolutely amazing!! I noticed an instant reduction in my stress and anxiety, better sleep and then with my second session, boom, after 30 years, I fully quit. I haven't had a cigarette since Saturday (it's Tuesday) and it's been absolutely painless. Thank you so much for everything! I'll definitely be working with Jeff again, but not for smoking, cause that ship has sailed!! Would also recommend to friends and family!”

“I received a call from Mary at EOS. As soon as she explained she needed to verify who she was talking to, I got combative. She explained who she was and provided a website to clarify why she was calling and offered the street address she had on file. I verified that information only and said now what is this about? She was very nice.. very cooperative... and provided information for the agency attempting to collect a late filing fee related to taxes. She provided their direct contact phone, the account number and amount they were trying to recover. I called the State of Texas, spent 2 minutes on the phone and resolved the issue. I'd call that reasonable. Normally, I consider collection agencies to be parasites BUT give this one 5 Stars”

When my ins changed at my job and he was no longer under their providers I paid cash to see him for simple things like check ups and cleanings....if i needed anything major done he would set up a payment plan with me....he really is the best ...if your looking for a dentist he's the man.”
