“The Bernardo Winery is a delightful place to visit for a relaxing afternoon or dinner out. It is located in Rancho Bernardo and has a small vineyard with historical old buildings and wonderful lush landscaping. Farm antiques of days of old are located throughout. There are stores and restaurants and in the Spring on Mother's Day and also in October the winery hosts a large arts and crafts fair including a outdoor seating and a variety of food vendors. A great place to check out.”

I'm only editing this post to let you all know, I'm still faithfully shopping at Perpetual. I have visited several other garden supply shops to see what's out there but honestly, the level of knowledge and professionalism from Rob and his wife are second to none. Anything I need if not in store has been happily ordered for me without hesitation. These people care about what your growing and how they can help you succeed. There's nobody better! On another topic I see that comes up from time to time, "the owner has an attitude". This allows me to bring up the proverbial "don't judge until u walk a mile in someone's shoes". Rob and his wife run the place pretty much by themselves, if you're just looking for info on gardening, go buy a gardening book at Barnes and Noble. If you're looking to support a small mom n pop run business instead of the Big Box stores then Perpetual Harvest is your place. Again, you will not be disappointed! Happy harvests! Coexist”

“This will be our third season with Mosquito Shield of South Shore and I know that using this kind of service can be a leap of faith because really, how would you know it works? Well, one afternoon first season after we started the service we walked through the woods to a neighbor perhaps 200 yards away. No problem. We walked back during Mosquito witching hours and it was tough until you entered our yard and you would have thought you had walked into a no fly zone. The difference is noticeable and dramatic. Tick problems; had two at the beginning of season 1. We started with Shield and no problems sense. As long as we have the house at the cape on the pond, we will use Mosquito Shield. We use the all natural version. The techs are pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. We rent out and the guests have had zero issues with the service, the techs and the protection. The young lady in the office that takes phone calls, orders and schedules is also great to work with. Overall, 5 stars!”
