“This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered chili and the pork belly ends sandwich. The chili came with cornbread and a choice of three different butters. Bacon, cinnamon, or regular. The cinnamon was great. The chili was excellent, great body and great flavor. The sandwich was also outstanding. It was just the pork on a bunch but had great flavor. If I were to go back I would ask if they could add cheese and slaw. That would truly make a top five sandwich. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.6.”

“Had a nice, albeit brief, chat with the owner yesterday. Told him how very nice his staff always were whenever I go through the drive through. Placed my order and went to the window to pick it up and told the woman at the window how I spoke to the owner and how I praised the staff. She said thank you very much. He will be very happy to hear that. Then she says, by the way, I'm the owners sister. We have a few laughs and I got my order and drove off a happy customer. I never did get her name. Anyway, another great encounter.”

The only negatives if you can call it that is I wouldn't consider this place intimate. Its loud and busy almost every day. The second negative is the bar. Very small. If you do get a bar seat you will be rubbing elbows. If you want family friendly Italian this is your place.”

“Great value for a great price. The prices seem okay, not too high, not super cheap. However, the portions are enormous. A large fry is a double size brown paper bag full of fries. A "small" sub is what I guess is about an 8" loaded with so much meat and cheese that it looked at though it was piled on top. The service was fast, they had many employees. We usually order delivery from this joint, but it's worth a visit in person as well. The best fast food in the area hands down. Submarine galley cannot compete with their quality. Expect to pay $8-12 per person, but expect to be full.”

“Have to be honest was only there for a function being held upstairs. However it had the charm of a old building with a cozy atmosphere. On a Saturday night it was well frequently by the locals. The building itself on the outside is very unassuming. Perhaps this is because of its historical significance and preservation ?
