“The Tile Shop is a wonderful store. I purchased tile back on tax-free weekend (saved about$100) on August 29th and had some pencil tile that needed to be returned. I was beyond the 90-day return policy which I now understand is 180 days. They took it back with no issues whatsoever. I also needed to get another strip of metal for trim around the shower niche and outside of the tile boarder and they were able to get me that and applied my veterans discount. Kevan at the Avon store is a welcoming store manager who provides great customer service that is truly appreciated.”

“Spent better part of the afternoon here. Quality furniture at prices to fit any budget. Found markdown area (huge), where I found a beautiful leather couch. Original price $2400, paid under $900. Undamaged! This area is buyer beware! Look carefully for any damage, you buy it , you own it. Prices automatically drop every week or two. If your patient you can get a really great deal. Of course that strategy may backfire if someone else isn't as patient as you. Sales help is VERY accommodating. No high pressure. Take your time. Have some coffee! When you need to have a question answered someone is nearby! All in all very impressed!”

“Best deal around by far. Great service nice guys. Costco's policies for backing things up that is outstanding. If you don't like anything you can return hearing aids within six months. If you damage a lose them they will replace one set for free. Unbelievable. I also look on consumers reports and they were number two in the country. Behind a chain that wasn't close to here.”
