“Awesome Jr Beef on the fly. Was feeling hungry and grabbed a quick beef on the ride. Sauce, mayo, cheese, lettuce and pickles. Yeah lettuce and pickles might be taboo on a north shore beef, but that's the way I like it and Simard's did not disappoint. Hot on the outside cool in the middle with the added crunch and brine of the lettuce and pickles. Mouth is watering just thinking about it. Might have to go back tonight. They're open late too. It's a little bit of drive from the highway but it's worth it.”

But if you're looking for real traditional go to H-Mart at lunchtime. However, what they offer goes beyond expectations for me.
