She came in, quickly assessed, made a plan, and got right to work. Not only did she do an amazing job, she taught me how to think about organizing differently. It’s now a manageable task and part of my daily thought process. She took the time and care to understand how we used our space in order to set up organization systems that would be functional and easy to maintain. This is truly the first time in my life I’ve consistently seen the floor of my closet. “2/21/2022 - They definitely got some new staff because since moving to Regal Inn, I haven't had much problem with this location. Staff and service has been very good lately. Old review from 1/29/2021 - Manager was rude and condescending when I asked a question about whether or not the coupon reader was working on the counter because the front desk had a note that said “Cash Only”. I considered getting something else after eating my sandwich and small fries while waiting for a bus because I had to wait longer due to the Rover Bus having technical issues. Needless to say I left after her attitude trying to make me seem like the rude one.”
