Nico and his team are great! They are sensitive to their mature clientele, yet they push to help you break through self limits. I hate going (the process of getting there), but when may session is complete I am so grateful!

Excellent format-one trainer for each client. Relationships form and specific individual goals can be identified and worked on together. I like the "homey" feel of the place as opposed to big health clubs.

Fitness Together is a formula that has worked for me for a long time. Having regular appointments with a trainer who really knows me has helped me maintain a regular workout schedule for many years. The trainers at FT are knowledgeable and they take the time to customize workouts to their clients' individual needs. My FT in Auburndale is also a great community, with a relaxed, friendly vibe that makes it fun to come in and work out. There is no question that coming to FT has changed my life for the better!
