The guys are great but they're short of counterhelp.. I stood in line for 7 minutes and there must have been 6 people behind me. The guys are good people, they know what they're doing and they know their job.

Joe G. was an absolute professional. I arrived at 8:15 pm. He took the time to hear my problem. Then, he tested my battery, diagnosed the issue, explained the different options available, including the pros and the cons, and finally installed the replacement. In total, I was driving out of the parking lot in less than 30 minutes from the time I drove in. Because of Joe, I would highly recommend this location.

ASK FOR DAN. This is one of the best AutoZone stores I have ever been too. Usually all stores have some incredibly friendly people but this one has Dan, and he is the man. He helped me replace my car battery today in the heat and didn't complain once. In fact, his spirits were as if he just won the lottery. Great people person and incredibly friendly, down to earth guy. If you go to this store, ask for Dan.

The store is great and all of the employees are very friendly. The good quality furniture and prices make this a great place to buy furniture. Of the four deliveries I've had so far, three were FANTASTIC! The drivers were very friendly, nice and professional.

The one delivery ended up being a hassle because of the driver and unfortunate circumstances. My phone blocked the call from the driver because it thought it was spam. Then when they arrived, they couldn't use my apartment building's intercom system because my landlord is too lazy to add me to the system. That being said, I did notice that they arrived and started making my way down to the front door. By the time I got down to the front door of my apartment building just 3 minutes later to let them in, the truck had already gone. Had to reschedule the delivery.

Overall, my experience with Bernie and Phyls has been positive and I recommend them.

We are very pleased with the exceptional timely service that Scott has offered time and time again. I have brought my sister to see him as well. He is very knowledgeable on all the products and even will stay past his time to help you out. We recommend seeing Scott at Bernie and Phyls!
