“Whitings did a beautiful job, stripping and painting a front fender on my 2008 car for a third of the price estimated by another shop in a neighboring town. The other shop was going to remove and re-install my side mirror, side door panel, windshield wiper nozzle, and do other things, amounting to 25 hours of labor. Whitings didn't need to do or charge me for all that. I had my car back, looking great, with a perfectly color-matched fender on the same day, and for an excellent price. They were friendly and fun to deal with as well. Clearly, good customer service is a priority there.”

Maintenance is preformed in a timely manner, turn around for communication is within Massachusetts standards, the owners are pleasant to work with, parking is easy to deal with, location is excellent for commuting into local hubs and overall I have no complaints.
