Been living in their Nason Street building for 2 years and have had no issues. For the rent, you get what you pay for.

Been renting for about 2 years and have never had any issues. I’m actually one of the newer renters in my building. My neighbors have been here for years! Maintenance is preformed in a timely manner, turn around for communication is within Massachusetts standards, the owners are pleasant to work with, parking is easy to deal with, location is excellent for commuting into local hubs and overall I have no complaints. I would recommend renting with this company.
