About a week ago the machine went down. After a lot of use the seal went. This company was contacted end of the night after they were closed. They showed up the NEXT morning with a replacement machine while ours was being repaired. The autoclave was returned to us a week later at no cost for parts, labor or delivery!!”

“Alpha Tech Pet has been outstanding to work with. We recently purchased a Tornado floor scrubber and were told we wouldn't be able to use KennelSol in our scrubber because how bad it foamed up. I reached out to Alpha Tech Pet and was told they specifically made a High Concentrate version specifically for floor scrubbers. My rep wanted me to try it first and sent me a Gallon the same day to try in our machine. We have been using it for several weeks and are very happy with the results. At this point my biggest concern was the 15 gallon drum I had just purchased of regular KennelSol. Immediately Alpha Tech Pet offered to buy it back from me. I was sent a UPS shipping label and immediately had the unopened drum sent to another client of Alpha Tech Pet. I did not feel pressured to spend money on extras, was treated with respect, and experienced only minimal (and very polite) salesmanship, and was able to negotiate a price I was happy with that felt fair. I ultimately purchased the car I test drove, and am still very happy with it 8 months later. My only complaint is that the salesperson I worked with told me he could probably drop off the car at my workplace on a particular day, and then was unable to because (surprise?) it was his day off. He didn't arrange for anyone else to either, so I wound up having to go pick it up. Not the end of the world, but a little frustrating. However, I would still go back the next time I need to buy a car, and overall was happy with the experience.”

“A scrumdiddlyumptious donut treat! I pulled up through the drive through at a donut restaurant which I found to unusual but delightful none the less. As I conversed with the woman working there I asked for her recommended speciality and that's what I got. The peep topped donut that also was stuffed with a vanilla filling tasted very sweetly. All in all, a yummy tasting treat with a very charming visual appeal to it was appreciated. I was also fond of the employee's suggested donut so bonus points are added in her favor too.”
