(October 22, 2018, 1:17 pm)Amazing place to train. Very clean well run and great training equipment. Very well educated trainers. I have been training with Rachel for five years. She keeps me strong and motivated. She is also a certified in nutrition so I learn about healthy eating and great foods. If you are looking for a great unique place to train , definitely checkout The Training Room TR3 for an assessment or a great class!! I highly recommend TR3.
(October 22, 2018, 1:17 pm)Love this place! The trainers are awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. Rachel is excellect, I have taken 2 classes with her and she makes it fun, motivating and gives great instruction/ corrections. The space is clean, organized and it is in a perfect, convienent location. Even though I live about 30 minutes away, it is definitely worth the drive. Would highly recommend!
