CrossFit Exclamation

The thought of doing this type of workout scared the pants off of me but once we started doing it, it was an amazing experience!! We are feeling the pain & can't wait to go again!!

The staff was on top of there game. They give a very nice informative tour and a good intro to the happenings at the center.

An hour here is more effective than going to the gym all week on my own. Plus, the classes are high-energy, fun, and the coaches are really involved.

I received an email promoting a free week and it was near my work and I was looking for a structured way of getting in shape. It can be hard to stick to a workout routine on my own so I liked the idea of classes. I went and signed up. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging. I was a little worried about getting injured with a lot of lifting and they told me that there are always alternative exercises and that I should let them know anytime I didn't think i could do an exercise and they would give me something I could handle. After my free week, I decided to sign up and started going twice a week and gradually built up to 3 times a week. They are really good at teaching you the proper form for all of the exercises and it is really amazing how much you can lift without injuring yourself when you use good form. I've been going for almost 8 months now and am now going as often as 4 times a week. I really like the workouts and they have a good group of people there that make working out fun.

I absolutely love this Crossfit gym. The workouts are scalable and always challenging. The coaches take their time to get to know each person, athletically and personally. I’m never anxious about walking in, thinking I might not know anyone- the coaches really really connect with you! We work hard but we always have a lot of fun!
