The worker/owner was kind and the other customers were friendly with myself and the worker/owner. I felt welcomed and that was great. “I’ve dined at the Hardcover and Beverly Depot many times over the years, to many to count. For years my family spent New Years Eve celebrating at Beverly Depot. We’ve never had a disappointing meal. The salad bar is a lovely start along side fresh baked bread, crackers and cheese. I love the Chicken Florentine, the Salmon is phenomenal as is the beef Wellington. My family usually orders prime rib or another choice of beef and have never been disappointed. A plus!”

“This was my first visit. Sat on the bar side. It was cozy with several televisions mounted on the walls. Multiple menu items to choose from. Reasonable prices. The Bartender Jack was friendly & his service was excellent. I had the Baked Haddock. Large portion & the fish was excellent! I will definitely return. Can't wait to try the pizza! All the dishes that came out of the kitchen looked amazing!”

“Definitely will be back to this authentic gem. The bartender told me the family comes from a town near Naples, Italy. The pizza was incredible! “A great Chinese/Japanese restaurant. They have all the standard fare, plus some of their own twists on things. Full bar, sushi bar, and tables for sit down dining. The restaurant is a bit small, but they've laid it out so you won't feel too cramped. We have always loved their food. Highly recommend anything with Thai Basil in it!”

“This is really just a take out place. You could eat there in a pinch but it is not inviting. That being said this little place produces some of the best Chinese food I've tasted. Its not overly heavy or saucy but lighter and more delicate. The proportions are generous and the house rice is great. The chicken in my chop suey was silkened prior to using. You cooks out there will know what I'm talking about. Suffice it to say that this is good food.”

“This is one of the best restaurants on the North Shore - as good as Pellana at half the price. The servers are not as experienced, but you can tell that they are held to the same high standard and most of them do a great job. “We were looking for a quick bite before going to the movies and stopped here for lunch. My son and I split a pizza, while my wife enjoyed a salad and my girls split some chicken fingers. Everything was excellent and served nice and hot. We also found the staff to be friendly and courteous, and they help us wrap up our leftovers. There was just enough seating for the five of us, as it appears that more often people order take-out from here. Parking is somewhat limited but, again, it's not an issue if most people are taking their food to go. I would definitely give this place a look if you want a change of pace.”
