“Very friendly and honest people. Salesman was Derek and he was awesome. Not your typical pushy car salesman. Took his time and was willing to show my wife and I every vehicle we wanted to see. Ended up with a new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and a new Dodge Ram Bighorn. Went through both vehicles very thoroughly and paired our phones and made sure we understood every thing in the new vehicles. Brandon the sales manager was very thorough as well. Helped us trade in 3 vehicles to get 2 new ones and reduce total car payment. He was also the one that did all the sale paperwork and explained which each piece was. Made us feel like they appreciated our business. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go here and for Derek. Will be back when we’re ready to trade up again.”

But let me start by saying great Leader ship skills and Caring for your customers. So my son got a washer and driver from rent a center there was a little issue leaking. Well that’s not where it begins, it begins when the Store Manager shows up at your door to swap them out!!!!!!!!! Yes !! The store Mananger!!! I am a store manager myself so I know the hectic schedule of the day !!! Agenda is written but the daily command sends you off tract !! So I want to say personally “Thank you “ that was very special and a great experience so fast response!!!!! Another gentle with him my bad apologies to you as well I didn’t get your name,” But customer service”....✨ Great Leadership shows in your daily routine , because that is who you are and what you do each and every day.So very noticeable!!!!!!! “I can’t say stress enough how amazing Delmarva Physical Therapy was with my son. After trying three physical therapy places prior we finally made great progress with Ms.Becky and Justin. Doing therapy with an 18 month old is difficult and Ms.Becky always found fun ways to keep him interested, having fun and ultimately got us to our goal of walking! They were flexible with our schedule and always understanding if we needed to change appointments. Can not recommend them enough!”

“They got my car in before they said they would, and got it done quicker than they said they would too. I told them I believed I needed a front wheel bearing, because another shop (in Missouri) had told me I did, over two years ago. Even though it wasn't making any noise, I asked them to take a look at it. They checked it out, and told me my wheel bearings were in fine shape, and I didn't need to replace any of them. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. They could have easily sold me a very costly job that I didn't need but, they didn't!”
