“Matt Robinson was an excellent installer. He came to apply the non-stick surface to my new bathtub. Matt made a model right then and there, so I could see how it would look and feel. While it was setting and drying, he worked on the showerhead. After it was ready I was able to see and feel the texture and we discussed the application. In the end I realized I really didn't need the textured surface. The fact that he made a model for me right there, since he didn't have one in his truck, shows the personable customer service and attention to the customer's complete satisfaction that Herl's installers impart.
