“I stopped in because my car is stalling out. Sebastian took my car for a test drive and connected the code reader. He was upfront and honest with telling me that he couldn’t pinpoint the issue. When I told him that I had a tentative appointment at a different shop for a full diagnostic, he advised me to take my car to the dealer. He said, yes the fee may be significantly higher, but the only way to get an accurate diagnosis is to have the dealer perform a diagnose with their equipment. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t have me pay for unnecessary services that could end with me still having issues.”

They have a clean, well organized shop and clearly know what they are doing. FYI, I have a 2007 Prius and elected to get a new battery rather than refurbished. I called them the next day and they came out and adjusted it in about 15 minutes. While they didn't get it right the first time they corrected the mistake quickly with no hassle.
