“Service and speed was great. I love my hair; Vera did an excellent job! However, the 2 issues I have that I thought were strange was that she first told me my style would be $150 and then towards finishing up my hair, she asks me did I tell you how much your hair and I said yes, $150. She says its $160 because of the hair. I thought that odd but said ok that's fine but you told me $150. The second issue is that they credit card machine is always not working. I've visited other African braiding salons over the past 3 yrs and they've said the same thing. Its always not working. Luckily I had cash on me today, but was anticipating using my credit card, not cash. My suggestion is if you prefer cash, say cash only and no credit cards. Don't mislead clients thinking that you take credit card but actually it's cash only! Otherwise, I'll likely return but get that credit card machine working. Thanks”
