On Monday morning when Gus was to be here between 8 and 9, he called right at 9 to say that he was 6 minutes from the house and was held up by traffic. Who today is as punctual as that or informs you if they are late. He surveyed the problem and said Jason /Chris would be here today between 8 and 9. They were here by 8:20 and had completed the new faucet installation in an hour, tested it and demonstrated it to our satisfaction. Amazing. We highly recommend them. PS They had to come in and out of the house several times which meant putting on and taking off shoe coverings many times which they did.”

And we had them back because now we had first hand experience with a great local company. Why roll the dice on a nationally franchises company when you can call Tim Whistler? We had new sump pumps and backups put in. Never cheap, but priced very fairly and to save us money, when they realized they’d replaced one of our sump pumps about one year ago (we’d forgotten), they were completely upfront and told us we only needed one new pump because our other sump was new and high quality. Not that you ever want to need a plumber. But when you do, call them.”
